South Pointe Tower
In the early 1990s, Thomas Kramer purchased large portions of South Pointe, the southern tip of South Beach, for $45 million. This area was known for high crime and poverty. The purchase allowed for consolidation of land holdings and zoning changes to permit the construction of tall buildings, transforming the area into a premier residential location. The building was developed by John A. Hinson and the South Pointe Tower Group in 1987. The architectural design was created by Alayo & Denniston International.
The South Pointe Towers complex offers a wide range of amenities for its residents, including a dog park, multi-purpose room, 24-hour gated security, valet parking service, covered and secured parking, fitness room, two lighted tennis courts, a billiards room, a spacious pool deck, a waterfront swimming pool, private terraces, and more. These amenities contribute to a luxurious and comfortable living experience for those residing in the building. It offers a range of unit sizes, from 1 to 5 bedrooms, with units varying in size from 858 to 3,215 sq ft.
Is a prominent building located at 400 South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139
